Outreach Empress provides link building, Guest Posting, Blogger Outreach, Niche Edits, SaaS Link Building, and related digital marketing services. The scope of services will be outlined in our proposal or agreement with you before project commencement.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All payments must be made in full before service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where explicitly stated (e.g., money-back guarantees in certain service packages).

3. Link Placement Guarantee

  • We guarantee link placements for 12 months (365 days) from the date of placement.

  • If a link is removed within this period, we will replace or rebuild it at no additional cost.

  • After this period, we are not responsible for link removals due to any reasons (e.g., site ownership change, domain expiration,  content updates).

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their business, website, and target audience.

  • Ensure their website complies with Google Webmaster Guidelines and is free from malicious or illegal content.

  • Respond to communication and approval requests promptly to avoid delays.

5. No Guarantee of Rankings

While our strategies aim to improve search engine rankings, we do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases, as SEO results depend on multiple factors beyond our control (e.g., competition, algorithm updates, client website changes).

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any content, strategies, or materials provided by Outreach Empress remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our deliverables without our permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services for:

  • Any unlawful activity

  • Distributing harmful or malicious software

  • Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

Outreach Empress will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms or engage in any activity that may harm our business reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
