These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at outreachempress.io (the “Site”) and any link building, blogger outreach, guest posting, link insertion, and related services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our Site, placing an order, or using our Services, you (“you”, “your”, or the “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Definitions
“Outreach Empress”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Outreach Empress team and business. “Backlink” or “link” refers to a hyperlink placed on a third-party website pointing to a URL you provide. “Placement” refers to the published article, page, or insertion containing your backlink. “Publisher” refers to the independent blog or website owner on whose site a placement appears.
2. Our Services
Outreach Empress provides link building and digital PR services, including but not limited to guest posting, blogger outreach, niche edits and link insertions, white label link building, and related campaigns. We act as an intermediary between you and independent third-party publishers. The specific deliverables, quantities, metrics, and turnaround times for any campaign are defined at the time of your order or in a separate proposal or package description.
3. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Outreach Empress. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including where the target URL, anchor text, niche, or content does not meet our standards or the requirements of our publishers. When you place an order, you confirm that you have the authority to promote the URLs and content you submit and that doing so does not infringe the rights of any third party.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our Services are stated on the relevant package or quotation and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work begins only once payment has been received and cleared. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted and paid for.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate target URLs, preferred anchor text, and any campaign requirements at the time of ordering. You warrant that the destination pages are live, lawful, and free of malware or prohibited content. Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information from you may affect delivery timelines, and Outreach Empress is not liable for such delays.
6. Turnaround and Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith and may vary depending on publisher availability, campaign size, and content requirements. While we work hard to meet all stated timelines, turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. Upon completion, we provide a report detailing the live placements and their URLs.
7. Editorial and Publisher Discretion
Placements are published on independent third-party websites whose owners retain full editorial control over their content. Publishers may edit, format, or decline content at their discretion, and they may make changes to, or remove, published content at any time without notice to us. We do not own or control these websites and cannot guarantee that a publisher will keep any specific placement online indefinitely.
8. Backlinks, Placements and Guarantees
How Long the Backlinks Will be Active?
In most cases, the backlinks we build remain live indefinitely. As a minimum, we guarantee that every placement will stay active for at least 90 days from the date it goes live. In practice, the vast majority of links last far longer — frequently for many years — and most will remain in place for as long as the blog owner continues to run their website. That said, a small degree of natural attrition over time is unavoidable, and this is simply part of how link building works. Publishers may occasionally decide to stop running their blog, switch niches, or change the focus of their site, and a link may be lost as a result. Some loss over the long term is normal across the entire industry; the overwhelming majority of your placements, however, will remain intact well beyond the guaranteed period.
Replacements for Lost Links
If a guaranteed placement is removed within the 90-day guarantee window, we will replace it with a comparable link at no additional cost to you, subject to verification. To request a replacement, simply contact us with the relevant order details and the URL of the affected placement. Replacements apply to the link itself and do not extend to changes in a publisher’s domain metrics over time.
9. Results Disclaimer
Search engine rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, your own website, your competitors, and the wider market. Outreach Empress does not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, revenue, or other result from the use of our Services. Any examples, case studies, or estimates are provided for illustration only and are not a promise of comparable results.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our Services involve outreach, content creation, and third-party publisher fees that are committed once work begins, orders that are already in progress are generally non-refundable. Where a deliverable cannot be completed and no suitable replacement can be provided, we will, at our discretion, offer a credit or a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the order. Requests for cancellation must be submitted before work on the relevant order has commenced.
Non-Refundable Packages
No refunds or replacements will be provided for customized link building and SEO packages — where standard per-link pricing does not apply — if the contract is terminated ahead of its agreed deadline without prior notice. Ending such a customized agreement early, for any reason, forfeits any eligibility for a refund or replacement.
11. Prohibited Content and Niches
We reserve the right to refuse content or target URLs that are illegal, infringing, deceptive, or that fall into niches our publishers do not accept. Certain sensitive niches (such as adult, gambling, cryptocurrency, CBD, or pharmaceutical content) may be subject to different pricing, limited availability, or outright decline. You remain solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the content and destinations you submit.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Outreach Empress or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. Content we create for your campaign may be used by the relevant publisher as part of the placement.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of a campaign, including target URLs, pricing, and publisher relationships. Publisher and website details shared with you are provided in confidence and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without our consent.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outreach Empress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, rankings, traffic, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that specific order.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outreach Empress and its team from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the content or URLs you submit, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for work already performed.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services or applicable legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our Site or Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Outreach Empress is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
